CUSTOM SCREEN PRINTING

Our minimum for screen printing orders is 25 pieces. However, all pieces do not need to be the same size, style or color. All that we ask is that the imprint stays the same on all pieces. Meaning, if we print black ink on some of your shirts we need to print black ink on all. We are OK mixing and matching shirt styles and colors from there. A good example would be 10 tan short sleeve shirts with black ink, 10 red long sleeve shirts with black ink and 5 grey hooded sweatshirts with black ink. This order would qualify for our 25 piece minimum as the same print has gone on all pieces.

We do not accept drop offs for any order type. We do represent nearly every major apparel brand in America and would be happy to work with you to find garments that you'll love. 

We understand many jobs have a strict deadline. We will work with you in any way possible to meet that deadline. Standard turn around time for custom screen printed orders is between 7-10 business days from payment. At times, we are able to accommodate rush jobs that can be produced in as little at 3 business days with a rush charge. If you have a rush, please contact us immediately to verify that we are accepting rush jobs at that time.

Each shirt is made differently and some will accept imprint locations while others will not. When using specialty pieces such as racerback tanks, youth shirts or pocket tees special care must be taken. Please see our chart below:

Below is our chart of over 50 ink stock PMS colors. We keep these in house and are able to use them any time. We also stock many Specialty inks which can also be used. Additional charges may apply. Don't see what you need? We custom mix and PMS colors at a rate of $50 per color.

All artwork is preferred in vector format, at full size. Adobe Illustrator or Illustrator pdf files with all fonts outlined are best. Raster graphics must be created at full size, at 300 dpi or higher and should have each color on its own layer. We accept the following hi-resolution file formats: ai, pdf, eps, svg, psd, tiff, and some hi-resolution jpgs. Vector files and color-separated, print-ready artwork is strongly encouraged and will eliminate or minimize all art charges. All fonts must be converted to outlines or the font file(s) must be included with artwork.

Even if you have multiple versions of the same logo please send them all. We will figure out which one will work best. Artwork that is not provided in a usable graphic design format may be subject to art charges if we need to work on the file. If we charge for the redraw the money paid is for the service, not the physical file. If you need the art file for use on other projects please contact us for file release pricing.
